I walked nito the barn. Sparkle stuck her head out of her stall and whinnied at me. I walked over to her and said hi. she nuzzled me. I got her halter and lead line and took her for a walk around the farm. When we got back, I groomed her well. I gave her a treat and put her away. Next, I got Flame out and introduced him to the "mean" clippers. I tied him up. I let him smell them and rubbed them all over him without turning them on. When he was standing happily I turned them on. At first he spooked and tried to put away but he soon go used to the noise. Then, I let him smell them again while they were on. He soon got used to the feel of the clippers. I clipped his wiskers on his nose. I then did his briddle path. I turned the clippers off and groomed him well. I gave him a treat and put him away. I got Dutchess out and groomed her. I tacked her up and lead her out to the ring. I lunged her before I rode her because this was only her second day of being ridden after having Flame. Once she was done running wildly around and bucking,
I mounted her and walked,trotted,and cantered her around the ring.' I cooled her off and took her into the barn. I untacked her and took her out for some grass. I then put her away and gave her a treat. i then moved on to Courage.
He was standing patiently by the stall door, obviously waiting to be ridden. I got him out, groomed him and tacked him up. I took him out to the ring and mounted. I did a little bit of flat work before taking him on a trailride to the bid field. I finished hacking him there. He was a bit
cautious at first but soon settled in nicely. I then walked him back to the barn and untacked him. I let him have some grass and then put him in his stall. I gave him a treat and then put my tack away. I said, as I always do, bye to my horses and then took Holly to Timeless farm to ride Mini.
