Yea, you can write a web page that will automaticly upload and run a trojan in a persons comp who is viewing the page. But you cant do it with just html, you need to use a web programming language like Java, JavaScript, or Active-X. Even if you can do all this it still may not work on eveyone, web browsers have there own ways of determining web pages with safe programing and one that are not safe. But how the browser reacts is all acourding to the security level it is set at. So times browsers will prompt you before running any programs in the page. But i really dont like the idea of using web pages to uploal trojans or viruses becouse all the person has to do is view the html source and they can read your web programming code and maybe trace it to you some how.
