I didn't mean a webpage on a server, rather an HTML
coded email containing javascript or VBscript activating
the trojan attachment. I can't see how the script would
allow backtracing. But I wonder wether web based email
services like hotmail or yahoo have their security level
set very high and ignore any scripting. In that case directing the victim to a webserver would be the only
way of dealing with the problem. Obviously one can be traced
from the server unless all the content is uploaded via
a proxy. BTW the link to your scripting example does not
work. There is quiet a lot of info on the Microsoft page
on VBscript but I am not exactly sure how the object tag can be used to run a file.
