Hi hey PanZer remember you been teaching me a ton of stuff at emulstation.com i just need to know some more stuff cuz i am doing pretty good with hacking now.well i will arrange my questions by numbers.

1.)Where can i find a tutorial on Hex Editing?
2.)What Are ICMP Packets?
3.)What Does CGI mean and what is its purpose?
4.)Using programs with the WHOIS command what server do i have to put in before i search for someone , do i have to put in their ISP server or something?
5.)Where and how do i use visual basic , can i create viruses in it , if so how do i assemble the code?.
6.)is visual basic its own language and on a scale of 1-10 what is the difficulty level of it
7.)on a scale of 1-10 how hard is Javascript and java to learn?
8.) MOST IMPORTANT to me is where can i find a list of TelNet commands?
