 Hey i need to ask a question oh by the way thanks for the help before your cool , oh yeah when people say they are hackers they think just cuz they use SubSeven they are hackers , what do you think that rules to be a hacker are other master hackers say i am a moderate hacker cuz i know the following

i know a little about how to use FTP
i know How to use trojans/viruses
i am pretty good at writing and reading HTML
i know how to use telnet and know some unix commands
i know how to use some exploits
i know some phreaking techniques too
i know random knowlede like about nukes/OS's/programs/good
hacking websites/how to use Java (not write or read it)and much more random stuff like acronyms and junk like that for computer terms and protocols.

do you think think i qualify as a hacker or a just good at computers , also ppl say if i learn Visual Basic and or Perl
i am definetly one. i dunno.plz help me with the answer.
