Kellie - I just wanted to congratulate you on your marriage! I used to listen to you when I was in college in Stephenville and then when I lived in Dallas. I'm back home in Austin and you were on air down here for a while, but that ended. I'm SUPER happy for you and Freddy! That's so awesome. Anyway - I've been reading through these posts and I seen a couple of messages about a diet you did. What is called, what does it involve, etc? I have gained weight and it's making me sick! I just want my size 8 body back again! Thanks!
