I have been reading a lot of info. on the web about the diet. What I have not seen is if you actually can lose quite a bit of weight. Most everything you read is about the cleansing process. I was also wondering if you drink this recipe just once a day, or how often do you make the drink? Has anyone been successful and lost any weight, or noticed a significant change for the better in the way you feel? If you read Kellie, how have you done after a week on it? I am starting to work out again after 3 kids, and would love it if there was something out there to really give me a jump start. Does anyone also know of any negatives to this? Any information would be very appreciated. Thanks!
