You need to try slim-fast. I have a shake for breakfast, a shake for dinner and eat whatever for lunch and I lost about 6 pounds in 2 weeks. It will take a few days to get used to it but it has been well worth it for me. I want to loose about 15 pounds for my upcomming wedding this is working great!
