Dear Mrs. Raspberry,

I'm a culinary arts student at El Centro College in downtown Dallas. I don't know if you are aware that El Centro has one of the most respected culinary arts schools in the country, did you? Well, every Thursday, a four-course meal is prepared and served to the public. Each week celebrates a different cuisine. February 3rd, will be Central American cuisine, etc etc. Reservations are taken each Friday for the following week and the entire meal is just $9.00. All of the money is put into a scholarship fund for culinary students. I think you and your friends would really enjoy a meal here. The luncheons are very popular and usually sell out by 8:30 am on Friday mornings (when tickets go on sale), so I'd have to have notice before Friday morning to guarantee you a table. Consider giving it a try, you can't beat a 4 course meal for $9.00, you definitely would not be disappointed.
