Hi Kellie,
You have probably already heard of this book, but just in case you haven't, I think it might be worth a try for you. It's called Taking Control of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. You can learn more about it and the software that you can use with it at www.tcoyf.com. It teaches the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) for trying to conceive. The basics are monitoring your temperature and tracking your cervical fluids. At the very least, it might help shed some light on exactly what your body is doing every month. Worth a try?
