Hey, I love listening to you guys every morning, for some reason I have a soft spot for Kellie after not liking her when I started listening to the show a few years ago. But on to my reason for writing : I have had a run in or two with Wal- Mart employees including management! Kellie dont stick your head in the sand and hope the problem will go away !! I was so frustrated that I finally sent an e-mail to Wal-Mart corporate offices and things were taken care of with no further hassle. The customer service in the store where I live has plummeted severly over the past couple of years, but we just got a new stor manager, so hopefully thing will get better.
