LETTERS TO MOLLIE FROM HER MORMON PAST: 1860-1912 has 111 letters written from Iowa, Missouri, and Illinois mostly by young members of the newly established RLDS (some of them, Union soldiers). They were writing to the niece of Brigham Young, Miriam "Mollie" Works, whose namesake was Miriam Works Young, Brigham's first wife. Though she was never Mormon, orphaned Mollie received letters from her RLDS relatives and friends who lived in Iowa, north central Missouri (Eagleville) and Illinois. Some are from children of George Morey; others from Zenas H. Gurley, Jr., and his wife, Grace, Mollie's cousin. Hardbound book only available from Mill Creek Press, P.O.
