Being brought up in the RLDS church in Stillwater, Okla. I believed the church was an honest institution, interested in the spiritual nutriment of all it's members. After leaving Okla. I found that wasn't quite the case! My step=mother's clan succeeded in taking our home farm near Stillwater and turning it into a so called "church camp". In reality the farm was not my step-mother's to give because my father bought the farm through his sister, Alice Montague Wallar in 1939 or 40 long before step mother was known. The Joint Tennancy law of Okla was violated inasmuch as, on paper it was made t look as if the farm was purchased after 1947,(my father's re-marriage year. I consider it a gross miscarriage of justice and a show of selfishness and materialism on the part of the RLDS. I tried communicating with the President of the church and got a reply from his attorney. A show of big me, little youism as far as I'm concerned. I'm now soured on ANY organized religion. In my opinion, they are all materialistic, greedy organizations. I especially curse the RLDS and it's leaders in Okla. for this misdeed!!
