What a pleasure to find this! I am a great-great-great granddaughter of Joseph Hyram Boswell which my middle name obviously reflects. I have been working on my family genealogy for about 7 years now and have literally pieced together some "facts" about my family that are very similar to that of Mr. Martin. I am also connected to John David Jones, my great-great-great uncle throught the Rees family, another Welsh coal-mining family who moved to Illinois and were early members of the RLDS. One of Joseph's daughters, Anne, married a Thomas Chisnall in Henry Co., Illinois. While I live in New York, I am a member of the Henry Co. Genealogical Society. I would love any further information you could send me in regards to these names and this history Thank you!
