Dear Scott,

My name is Natalie Thomas. Out of curiosity I ran Carrie Church Thomas through the Google search and found your inquiry. Carrie Church Thomas was my great, great, great grandmother on my fraternal grandmothers side. My maiden name was Wagoner. We both happened to marry men with the last name of Thomas.

To answer your question "do any of her descendents follow in her footsteps?" the answer is yes! I was raised in the R.L.D.S. church and attend a Restoration Branch in Independence with my husband and two children. My aunt, father, and 1 cousin are active in the C.O.C. in the San Francisco Bay Area. William G. Wagoner (my father) and Carolyn and Laurie Gordon (my aunt and cousin). (Threre are others there of the name Mortimore who are also descendents of hers.) In addition, David Thomas of Lamoni, IA descends from her. I believe if you ask around Lamoni you are likely to find others as well, as some of my grandmothers relations originated there. As of 1986-1987 (my year at Graceland) some of their descendents were still in the area.

I realize as I write this that your original message was written a year ago. I hope you have been able to find what you are looking for. If I can be of any help let me know.

Yours in Christ,
Natalie Thomas
