Slaps his fore-head; then puts both hands to his head. The voice fades as Briar brings up a spiritual wall between it and his mind. But before he closes himself off he mind-calls. "I'm not getting saved by some sobby, weak minded bleater. I'll die first." Then he shuts himself off. Looking at the others he realized that probably looked weird and mumbles something.
