Some guards and stout Caretakers/Dragonless are holding the attacking orcs back, so so far the orcs haven't gotten farther than the entrance (which is fairly large). Yungva and the Dragonless who chose to fight are behind the group of orcs, attacking them at the rear. So Yungva and his gang aren't actually IN the Rec Hall, and technically neither are the orcs.
