I mean, that is humanly, even elfishly impossible. Aside from moving at super superman speeds, you're powerplaying. how did you get your foot on aisling when she didn't say you could??? perhaps if you had worded it " while Aisling was on the floor, Eoghan moved attempting to hold Aisling down on the floor with his foot so that she couldn't get up"? how des that sound??         OOC: Hey, I was about to say something to that effect myself. I was wondering how on earth Eoghan could stand up, jump back, and jump forward again in time to stop her from getting up. To prove the point to myself, a friend and I simulated the kicking and subsequent standing actions. I--acting as Aisling--acutally got to my feet faster than she did (As Eoghan). Both of us took about three seconds to get to our feet, and we halved that time because we aren't trained fighters, and Aisling and Eoghan are. So, it took both of them about one and a half seconds to stand, coming to their feet at almost exactly the same time. Then, Eoghan would have to jump back, as you said he did.         OOC: Pardon me for correcting you again, Eoghan, but I don't believe that last move was possible on your part. Eoghan just wouldn't have had the time to get up, jump back, and jump forward again before Aisling got to her feet. To prove that point to myself, a friend and I simulated Eoghan's kick, Aisling's fall, and the subsequent standings. I--as Aisling--acutally got to my feet a split second before she--as Eoghan--could. It took both of us about three seconds to get to our feet.
