Subject: Hey Omarlif, moving it up.

Kestra fell to the ground. But she had learned to fall with her back facing the ground and her left hand ready to support her. When her left hand touched the ground, she used this to quickly spring back up and she sent a blow at Omarlif's shoulder.(This all being done extremely quick)
