Subject: Kaleb's isn't the only belly rumbling. Jon looks once more at the door, then at Aura, then guiltily glances at Mackai. "I guess we could stay...for a while..." he says, looking at Aura half-warily and half-hopefully. Food can be a great persuader.

Sorry. I've been terrible lately, I know.... Last week I had to get this slideshow together...yeah, that didn't happen. My computer hates me, so it ate my life that week under the pretense of having the slideshow possibly work. I finally ended up throwing the pictures down on a couple tables and letting people see them. I'm only missing five (pretty good, considering), and I intend to hunt them down and then kill the insolent fool who stole them...and I've got my suspicions as to who. Since then, I've been swamped with homework, rehearsal, and somewhat reorganizing the pictures to figure out which ones I'm missing, and whatnot...so now I return, to "humbly beg the death upon my knee" (from Richard III).

Anyhoo. Sorry, again. But no, I haven't read "Tess". We talked about it a little bit last year in Honors English, though, and after talking about it I doubt I'll ever read it. Unless I'm forced to. *sigh* However...Crown Duel? Sounds interesting. What's it about, exactly?
