I would agree with your overall assessment. I think he was totally wrong questioning his coaches integrity. He thinks he is bigger than the team sometimes.....he isn't. But he does produce on the field and that is why the Niners will keep him. Once he stops producing...........he will be gone in a heartbeat. And so he has that pressure every week now for the rest of his career.

When I was at the game last Sunday, it was amazing to look at him in person. My son & I got there 2 1/2 hrs before kickoff, so we saw him during the warmup period. He is buffed.........chiseled out of stone. I made eye contact with him twice, and there was nothing, no smile, no wink, just a blank stare. He did some stretching and running for 45 minutes, with a CD player so he couldn't hear the fans. Tim Rattay then came out and he ran game patterns for about 30 minutes. The fans were watching cause when he ran a deep patern (post, fly) they would yell their approval.

During the game he dropped a pass and I heard a fan yell "T.O. is that the coaches fault?"
