Description: Of average height, Pemilo has a mussed mop of black hair which is rather long and disheveled. With dark blue eyes and a ready smile, he's a charmer in most cases, but he has an aggressive streak which has gotten him into fights before. Muscular in build, he can take care of himself, and is quite independent and occasionally rude towards authority, though once his respect is given, he is the very picture of deference. All he retains from his demolished hold is a small dragon carved in silver, the prized possession of his late father.
Skills: He was an apprentice fisher before his sea-hold was washed away by one mother of a tidal wave... He can sail, fish, and also knows how to make his own clothes from scratch, as he's had to learn in the past year when he was on his own.
