She is a good leader, but loves violence and supports rank. Rank is everything to her; she just wants to be at the top. However, no one can discover her motives. She�s had years of acting in her old Weyr, where she was weyrbrat to a bronze and a goldrider.

Skills?
Being evil. Half-joke aside, she�s the best actress on Pern. She could even make the Weyrleaders think of her as an innocent little kitten. Ever since she was little, she�s been getting herself out of things and manipulating the minds of others without their notice. She can work so swiftly at it you won�t realize when you let slip what she wants to hear, as she�ll keep you talking for another hour or so to throw you off the trail. She is actually very swift and agile, and the best in a swordfight. She�s also a wonderful singer and healer, two abilities she uses in her manipulation. She�s definitely one of a kind.

Brown Deceith
Not many of us around, females with browns�

Description?
He�s very large, about the size of some bronzes. However, he�d never think of flying a queen, as Ash is NOT gay/bi, and neither are (most? jk) queenriders. His hide is extremely dark, just about black with dark brown tones to it. He�s got an extra long wingspan and tail length, and has dark eyes that can show any emotion he wants.
He is a well-trained actor, which took lots of time on both Ash and Deceith�s behalf. He�s been taught very heavily to think about the future, which is a BIG improvement in the dragon�s here-and-now thinking evolvement. So he, along with Ash, make the perfect couple�and can do well as his name suggests; deceive. (Deceith and Deceit. Look familiar?)
Aside from that, he�s actually a good dragon at heart. Really. None really know how a dragon as special as he got such an EVIL rider, but he knows something NO ONE else knows. Somewhere, deep inside the hard outer shell, that girl is an angel. A sad, depressed, scared little angel. NO ONE ELSE MAY EVER SAY THAT!!!
We�re the perfect pair, and wish to create the perfect Weyr�

He is a very amorous man. He is a perfect match for a green or blue, but he acts as if he rides the Weyrleader�s bronze. He prefers male flight mates, but when he came to a weyr that housed several female blue riders, he was all �bring it on�

History
Kimir was born of a brown rider and a fourteen Turn old Holdbred girl. He never knew his mother, having been fostered as soon as he was born. His father took over his training sometimes when he Turned seven, and K�mir learned basic Smithing. When he was sixteen Turns old, Kimir was allowed to Stand at Hatching. He didn�t take that time, but he was flown to another clutch at a nearby Weyr. He attached to green Smith, and has never looked back.

K�mir was put into weyrling lessons, and learned all about Flights. As a green rider, he had to take copious notes on what to expect in a flight, and whom he should go to if he encountered a rider who acted out of order during such a flight. His studies also included lectures by ex-riders who had lost their greens due to flight fights.

Smith developed her wings, and her hide deepened to a glorious early twilight emerald. Finally, while K�mir was watching a few of the Weyrbrats as a favor to a fellow weyrling, he heard the screeches of a green going into flight. He herded the weyrbrats to a kitchen Auntie, and headed to the flight grounds. A straggling bunch of five riders crowded around the twenty Turn old man, and Smith took flight.
Thirty minutes later, the flight was over, Smith drowning in the affections of a bronze. K�mir and the rider adjourned to the flight weyr, and it faded to black.

K�mir and the rider did not stay together very long, nor did Smith and the bronze. K�mir under went several flights, and then he discovered possibly the best invention of all. Stand-in flight companions. That is, he discovered the fact that women were there to do more than cook and clean. He kind of went a little overboard though. He became convinced that all women were there for him to do with as he chose, and Smith became unhappy. Smith was a sweet dragon, and very sensitive. She didn�t like the way her rider was treating the female drudges that came within a room of him.

So, Smith and K�mir transferred. Several times, in fact. Finally, they ended up at a weyr where female blue riders were allowed. Smith hit her cycle, and went into flight. Several blues, a brown, and a bronze went after her. But she became entranced with blue Myth. She allowed him to fly her, and in her rapture, didn�t notice the fact that K�mir was acting at his worst, having an excuse. Myth was the first dragon she stayed with, and the two were together for over a Turn. Then, Maria dropped a bomb on them. She was pregnant. K�mir left, not wanting to deal with a child. Smith had to go with him, but she never wanted to. She wanted to stay and look after a little child. Seeing as how she was a green, that pleasure was denied her. But she always enjoyed being with younglings.

K�mir has since then only had male flight mates. He has forgotten the touch of a woman, and sweet passion. He still has an oil painting though. Of him and his only female weyrmate, Maria. Maria was in Gather finery, and he was in smith�s clothing. It has a place of honor on his bedside table, as well as a shard of Smith�s shell.

Now he is transferred to New Isle. He spent several sevendays getting drunk, then Smith made a surprising announcement. Myth was there. And where there�s Myth, there�s Maria. He intends to see her again. He has forgotten how he acted when Maria was his weyrmate, and how frightened she became. Deep down, he knows that he would do the same thing if he sees Maria again. He�s just hidden it, and hidden it well.

Exact description.

Smith was born a dusty green color, kind of like spring-green leaves in a late frost. Her wings are longer than her body, which makes her a little awkward on the ground. In the air, she is not as agile as others of her rank, but she has more stamina. As she aged, her color deepened and intensified. By the time she turned four, she was an emerald color, much like a polished emerald when seen through dusty twilight light. Her wings are, however, more dusky than her body.

Personality

Smith is a sweet dragon. The sweetest there is. And when she chose K�mir, he matched her. Now, he�s changed. She doesn�t like that at all.
Her greatest wish is to be able to see Myth again. He is like her second soul mate; K�mir, then Myth. She also likes Maria, but is afraid that K�mir and Maria won�t get along. She is also a little worried by the fact that she recently learned that Korea, now K�rea, has Impressed. A blue.

PERSONALITY
She is a hunting kitty. If she sees so much as a tunnel snake dropping, she goes into a fury. This is very useful in keeping a clean Weyr. She hunts most of her own food, but comes to K�mir for the warmth of his hearth, and the love that she gets.

K�mir likes to take his kitties out in the woods. Ria stalks prey far too large for her to bring down, and Jas likes to stay in a basket K�mir has for her, or in his arms, or walk next to him.

PERSONALITTY: He likes to tease Riorth a lot. Same with Riorth. Other than that, he's very serious at the right time and helpful too. He likes to hang around with other riders when he has the time to.

PERSONALITTY: He likes to tease N'deau, a lot, but otherwise he's pretty serious. He has been threadscored, but he's pretty good at it. When N'deau's off, he either suns himself or hangs around with other off-duty rider's dragons.

When she allowed a few transfers, I couldn't let this guy sit any longer. =^^;;= I like him too much. Not really a DRoP refugee anymore, since all I kept when I took him to Sideslip was Svorath's name and color... so he's a Sideslip transfer, basically.

DESCRIPTION: Short, broad-shouldered, and muscular, I'mer is fit even for a dragonrider. One of the few Pernfolk left with clearly Oriental blood, he has the gold-shaded skin, distinct facial features, short black hair, and slightly slanted dark eyes of that ethnic group. His hair is slightly shaggy, though not actually long. A long Threadscore traces down his right arm, twisting the skin on the back of his hand. It's not the only Threadscore, either, just the most prominent.
I'mer seems gruff and a bit distant, but that's just his dragon showing. He's actually quite friendly, and gets along well with people. He doesn't actually talk much, but he can be trusted absolutely. He would never betray a confidence. More in tune with his dragon than most riders, he rarely has to actually speak to Svorath, aware of his dragon's every thought at a purely subconscious level. Thought literally becomes action with them; because of their tight bond, they move almost instantaneously, acting on a thought the moment either has it instead of firing suggestions or orders at each other. Sometimes it's hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. Since both are quick thinkers, this means they're usually in action before anyone else. Svorath despises firelizards, calling them "flittery nuisances" when he's being kind, and I'mer has picked up that distaste. The smart ones learn to avoid these two.
SKILLS: Having grown up among Smiths, I'mer knows a fair bit about the basics of metalworking, and has some rough skill in the forge. He's become something of an expert on flamethrowers.
DRAGON: Svorath - brown. Average in size, a very dark matte brown, to the point of seeming black in dim light and being almost indistinguishable in darkness; raised lines of Threadscore cover his lusterless hide.

Gender: Female

Appearance: Tall and slender, Ati has the slim grace of a dancer, and is just about as muscular � she loved nothing better as a child than running around, climbing trees or rocks, and riding either runners or dragons when she was smaller and less keen to look mature. She is a reasonably pretty girl, with honey-brown hair, brown eyes, a truly tiny nose, and a round face. She enjoys wearing pretty clothes, but practical is her middle name, and so her usual attire is trousers and a loose shirt with rolled-up sleeves.

Personality: One of the best ways to describe Atiyana is �uncomplicated�. She is forward-thinking, but she doesn�t really tend to worry about things, and she never dwells on something. She has more than her fair share of practicality and common sense, and is openly scornful of people � girls, actually � who just like queen dragons. Of course she would love to be Weyrwoman � she would relish any chance to make a difference in the management of the Weyr � but another part of her just wants a fighting dragon, and nothing else.
If she doesn�t Impress she plans to train for Headwoman � her organized attitude is very good for the job.

She has three fire-lizards � Green Tully, Bronze Egan, and Gold Kin.

History: The daughter of a brownrider (namely Martan), Ati�s mother took her to her father and presented him with a baby he had no idea how to look after. But he still loved her, and when he lost his dragon she was one of the things that kept him alive.

Dragon: Blue Scarth � an exceptionally large blue.

Appearance: Gorgeous. Need I say more? He�s tall, dark, handsome, the lot. I mean, this guy is wonderful. His hair is very dark brown, so dark it almost looks black. His eyes are very dark brown, and his skin is evenly tanned. He is 6�6, fit and athletic like so many riders, and rather slim. His face is just � gorgeous, and so is his body. He is almost perfect � on the downside, he knows it.

Personality: He can make it with the ladies � and men � and he knows it. He�s like those riders you hear about in the books who had children all across Pern. Almost a male version of Kylara, actually. Except that it really doesn�t matter to him � man or woman. He can charm the birds out of the trees � he could talk the hind legs of a runnerbeast, but then persuade it to go for a walk. But he does have some depth. He has a fondness for children, and he is nice to people, if a little arrogant.
He has never quite forgiven himself for accidentally raping a green-rider during a flight � he was too much Scarth to realise that she wasn�t participating, and when she told him afterwards he was torn up. It took two years of raging alcoholism until someone realised what was wrong, and now he never drinks, though the guilt still eats away at him.

Appearance: Of average height � maybe about six feet tall, Martan has the look of a man who is equally comfortable in the fields or inside. His stature is rather broad and muscular, his hair dark brown, and his skin lightly tanned. He looks out at the world with dark eyes, and there is always a faintly distracted smile on his face. He is reminiscent of a man who holds something behind his smile, almost as if he hears something nobody else does. You an often find him looking out of a window, or standing, staring at something. It doesn�t look scary, just as if he is in deep, deep thought. Which he often is. His left shoulder gives him almost constant trouble, an old injury.

Personality: Inconspicuous and with a rather vague countenance, Martan is not the kind of man you would notice straight off in a crowd. He�s tidy, mild-mannered and he has a quiet voice, although somehow you do listen to him when he speaks. But he isn�t gloomy. Far from it. Though he seldom laughs his smile is often seen, and he is of an amazing and quite odd intelligence � thus he often teaches the weyrlings. He never forgets anything, and he never really forgives anything either. You sometimes have the sense that he is trembling on the edge between madness and sanity, and that just a slight push will send him either way.

History: When he was fifteen, Martan became M�tan, rider of brown Solarith. He was a happy, chirpy Weyr-bred boy, who was, if a little serious, generally cheerful. But fifteen years later, when he was thirty, Solarith betweened after an awful accident, and M�tan once again became Martan. He spent his days wandering around the Weyr, looking for his dragon, becoming dangerously thin and rapidly loosing what little sanity he had left. The other folk knew that it was futile to place him on the Sands again, but they did give him a fire-lizard egg, hoping that it could do for him what a lizard once did for Brekke.
He regained his sanity, but he was never the same, as is to be expected.

Occupation: Just a Weyrperson � he teaches weyrlings the basics and dangers of some duties.

Appearance- Telomm has his older brother's blonde hair. However, being younger, it's much paler.. almost platinum. He wears it short; a cowlick turning up the front part. His eyes are grey-blue and can shift from one to the other in different lights. He's knobby-kneed and still is growing into his bones. Tanned skin from working outside, stands at roughly 5'2".
Personality- He's quiet and a little withdrawn, a sleepy expression often crossing his face. Though he seems dopey at times, Telomm is actually very intelligent and capable, only speaking when he really needs to. He prefers the company of animals and plants to humans and dragons.

No one really knows. He is a bit of a recluse. He really dislikes talking to anyone, and even harder for him to talk to red haired women of about 19 Turns

History

Jermin fell in love with-and married- a younger girl when he was fifteen. They married at another Hold, as her Hold wanted her to marry someone else. They settled in an abandoned cothold, eradicating the tunnelsnakes.
They lived there for about a full Turn before his wife and love, Alianne, was pregnant. Of course, nothing was spared to give her the healer attention she required. Jermin had to resort to stealing a few times, but he would tell her none of it.
Alianne had a normal pregnancy, and a normal birth. Their son was a healthy boy, and they would watch him play in the acreage around their cothold, Alianne in Jermin's arms.
Aliajer was three when he took the fever. Jermin couldn't get a healer out their in time, and their son died.
Alianne was distressed. Jermin comforted her as best he could, but it was pregnancy that finally cheered her.
He would often sneak up behind his wife, and tug her long braid. One time, she got so mad that she locked the cothold up, and Jermin had to sleep in the woods. Alianne let him back inside-after two months!
But, not long after Alianne went into her thrid trimester, she had trouble breathing. It was slight at first, but became more pronounced. Her breathing worsened, and then her heart began failing. None of the Healers were able to tell him why the perfectly healthy ninteen Turn old was having these problems.
Jermin was standing by the bed, putting cold compresses on his Alliane's forehead, when she hiccuped once, twice, and died. Since then, he has become a recluse. He lost weight, and ie began to look haggard. Only recently has he [ut on any weight, and his face no longer looks so haggard. His longish straw hair shodaws a face whose eyes are too deep in their sockets, too sunken, to be considered- 'healthy'.
He still mourns the death of his wife, who died no more than a Turn ago, and his son, who died five Turns ago.

That is his history.

Skills: Shes good at making pipes, knives, pottery, and such. She's a good singer and plays a gitar. She's also very skilled at running; she's faster than most boys from where she was growing up.

Appearance- Cropped hair falls in a messy bowl cut around his skull, a daub of boyish appearance on a mostly manly one. The locks are a muddy brown colour, darker near the tips - he's getting blonder. Eyes of a soulful, watery pale blue shine from a chiseled face that most women would fine alluring, or at least an eye catcher. Of medium build, not the fittest but not overweight, standing at an even 5'9". Long, slender fingers seem deft and a bit out of place on his body, despite his overall attractiveness.
Personality- Sorry, ladies, but Matelle is reserved for guys only! He's a sweet, caring, sensitive, funny, and very good looking man - that means, of course, that he's homosexual. He doesn't flaunt this fact, but he doesn't hide it either.. in fact, at times he can be a bit of a nymph. In general, he's the kind of guy to make you crack up laughing at every corner, but be able to support you when you're down and not in the mood.
Skills- An excellent cook and seamster, able to make and effectively dye fine clothing. Good with his hands.

Personality: Taran has long been considered the more moody of the two, and seems to do a lot of things on a whim. He is pretty much always optimistic, but he has a hot temper, and, when things annoy him, you don�t want to be on the receiving end! He is unusually dependant on his brother, Arden, and goes to him if he needs advice. He is desperate to become a dragonrider, but if he will follow his dream remains to be seen�

Appearance: The twins are identical, and most people can�t help but grin at such cheery duplicates as these boys. But no twins are exactly alike, and this is so for Taran and Arden. Still having the same muscular, chunky figure as his brother, and being the same height, he is longer in leg, arm and torso than his brother, and sometimes a frown replaces his fun-filled smile.

Personality: Arden is laid-back, easygoing, and always in a good mood. At times, he can be seen to balance out his more energetic brother, and he has long been regarded as the calmer of the two. It takes a lot to annoy him, and he is the type of person who would talk calmly about a problem rather than arguing. He was always fascinated by the ocean, and dolphins in particular at his home hold, and so he will become a Dolphineer here at New Isle.

Appearance: As I have said before, the twins are identical. They both have the same dark, almost black eyes, and cropped, coarse brown hair. They are both 5�5, and very stocky with muscle. Arden is blocky more than anything else, more so than Taran. Their frames are large, unusual for ones so short, and it has to be said that being so vertically challenged is the bane of both their lives.

History: The twins have long been regarded by most as a single entity. They were apprenticed to the same people, and have always lived in the same dwelling. It wasn�t thought that this could do more harm than good, but nobody realised how much Taran had come to depend on his brother until he was too dependant.
But each had a passion that lay in a different place, and they had to separate. We will have to see how Taran takes the separation.

Looks: Zerach is a medium height, thin boy with wide, naive greenish blue eyes. His hair is messy and dark, a muddy brown color. His fingers are long and deft, and oddly always cold.

Zerach is a sweet, giving, gentle youngster who could never hurt a fly. He really couldn't, he's tried. He can't kill wherries or even bring himself to look at the doing of it. He's even tempered and laid back, and some call it secretive. Really, it's just shyness. He's also embarrassed about talking about "private things" in public. Anything involving clothing is considered "private things". A real sweetheart and a cutey the Holderboys marked for beating up or "warming up", but he managed to escape such a fate and fled to the weyr. A greenrider named Emma took him under her wing, and here he is.

Looks: Short and "splendidly stout", Ina is curvy and proud of it. She doesn't like wearing dresses as they don't do much for her figure. She has wavy red hair that reaches her shoulders and dark blue eyes ready to take on anything.
Personality: Ina is loud, rough, and ready for life. She's got an affinity for the ocean and fishing but has dreamed of riding dragons since they set out. Now if only she could get that dream into Iris' head... Ina also thinks she's a great singer, but she makes the flits cringe and the MasterHarper want to beat her over the head with a blunt object. Like she would care if she knew. :D

Looks: Iris is as stout, short, curvy and red haired as her sister. She's got the same looks, save that her hair is chin length where Ina's is shoulder length.
Personality: Iris has a constant cheerfulness to her. She's not as bouncy as Ina, or as rugged, but she's bubbly and loves to play games. She would live her whole life in the ocean if she could and doesn't get her two sister's passions of dragons as much as they can't fathom her dolphin love.

Looks: Isabel looks like her sisters, but her hair is the longest of all, and she takes careful pains to skirt the genetics that give Ina and Iris their hips. So she's a bit slimmer than they are, but much to her disappointment, she's still got those genes. She'll just have to keep that in check. Isabel is immaculately groomed, her hair always bunned or braided. She also seems somehow "prettier" than the others, simply because she tries to accentuate it.
Personality: Basically good hearted, Isabel can be very, very vain. She doesn't like dirt, but does want to become a 'rider. She'd be willing to get dirty for that. Sometimes she sees her sisters as hopeless cases, but she and Ina share a deep common passion that binds them together. As different as night and day, they are almost always with their heads together yammering about dragons.

Returning from a needlessly long absense are a revamped Th'ta and Whoth (plus flits)! I got permission to do this, mind.

Name - Th'ta
Gender - Male
Age - Well, that's the funny thing. He easily no younger than fifty-nine, though he seems spry and agile as a young man.
Appearance - Th'ta stands quite tall and rather well-built, though no one would suspect it. His highly expressive face is sculpted with gentle features and a large, hooked nose. Wrinkles are obvious but not too numerous, only adding to his ambience of wisdom, age, and composure. A mane of white curls, tinged slightly with silver, frames his head, bobbing and swaying with his enthusiastic movements. Each eye stands very dark and very grey, with slender eyebrows arching above them. His features are capable of any expression, and paired with his eccentric nature, he could be wholeheartedly grinning one moment and scowling coldly the next. He has a taste for fine clothing, and is often seen wearing a midnight, wherhide coat and a black cape to go with it, black on the outside and a softer, scarlet material within, tossed back onto his shoulders and giving him the image of a red-winged blackbird. Dark pants and shoes and a white, nigh-frilly shirt also adorn him. However! This never has impaired Th'ta's ability to work, fly, or run. Nothing ever has!
Personality - Th'ta is.. very unexpectable. His moods can fluctuate rapidly. So I'm not going to try and sum up his tempers here. You'll find out soon enough.
Skills - Extremely intelligent and logical, a strange form of martial arts, thinking up solutions on the spot

Appearance - Whoth is a smallish bronze with very long, bandy legs. He's a livery-yellowy shade of bronze, prominently darker all across his back and from elbows down.

NAME: Yima [Master Wher-handler]

GENDER: Female
DESCRIPTION: Tall, thin, and wiry, Yima is stronger than she looks. No one knows the actual length of her curly, ash-blond hair, because she always keeps it in a bun. Her eyes are a dark grey, set in an aggressive face; her strong jaw and handsome face might look good on a man, but just makes her look no-nonsense and stubborn. She can't be called beautiful, but there's an air of wildness about her that some find attractive. Her skin is weathered but pale, its long-ago tan lost to the nocturnal schedule of a wher-handler.
The first six years of the disasters Yima spent alone, without any help from the few people she met; hard experience taught her to trust no one, and although her paranoia has eased since them, she still doesn't like turning her back on people she doesn't trust, or putting herself in a vulnerable position. Those she does care about, she loves fiercely and would protect with her life - top among these being her brother R'ven, and, of course, her watchwher Yimask. She's very observant, of both people and her surroundings, and it's hard to put anything past her. Her sense of humor is dry and sardonic, sometimes a bit sharp-edged, and woe to those who have done something foolish in her presence. Watchwhers are something of an obsession for her, and it's the one subject you can get her really passionate about.
SKILLS: Well, she's made an extensive study of watchwhers during her time with Yimask and the other whers she's met (while they're probaby not so fortunate as dragonriders, I imagine people with watchwhers would be better of than those without, after the disasters). She's good at surviving on her own, and is a fair fighter. She's also, a bit surprisingly, a fair hand at handling people; she was once the oldest of eight siblings, and for a long time she served as surrogate parent to them all.
WATCHWHER: Yimask - gold. On the large side, a very pale creamy color, with darker red-gold mottling along her flanks, back, and shoulders.

Let's say these two straggled in together....

NAME: Gisella [Headwoman]
AGE: 46
DESCRIPTION: Of average height, Gisella is big-boned, solid, and heavily built, leading some strangers to believe that she's overweight, though even they can only really call her plump. In actuality, the extra weight comes from muscle - she's no weakling, and long hard work has given her a physique more suited to a man. However, she's clearly female; even the muscles fall in womenly curves, and she's fairly well-endowed. Despite said assets, even the most love-struck of men would never call her pretty - attractive, perhaps, if they were being kind, but she lacks truly feminine beauty. Her oval face is strong-jawed, her nose long, thin, and straight, and her eyebrows lie thick and bushy over grey-green eyes. She looks older than her age, which doesn't help the cause; though she's not yet fifty, there's already a network of wrinkles covering her sun-browned face. When young, she had a creamy complexion, but now her skin is as weathered as the mountains of Pern. The one feature that people still admire is her hair - thick, nearly waist-length in its usual braid, and a deep auburn in color, like a piece of copper held in a candle flame.
Stubborn and authoritative, Gisella may no longer be Fort's Lady Holder, but the well-being of the people she serves is still paramount to her. She's not afraid of hard work, and some wonder when she ever sleeps, because she seems to be all over the Weyr at times, organizing and handing out supplies and lending a helping hand whenever it's needed. She rules the Lower Caverns with an iron fist, and while she does very little of the actual kitchen-work, she personally oversees everything. The dearth of drudges and kitchen-workers is no problem for her; she knows exactly how far she can push her workers, picks up a lot of the slack herself, and when worst comes to worst, has enough strength of personality to recruit unoccupied dragonriders no matter how loudly they protest. She adores children, and sometimes regrets that she didn't marry because now she'll never bear one of her own. To fill that lack in her life, she tends to serve as a second mother to the younglings running around.
SKILLS: Being a former Lady Holder, she's good at organization and directing work, and she's also fair at being diplomatic. She's not that much of a healer, but she knows the very basics, enough to keep someone alive long enough for help to show up.
FIRELIZARDS: She's a DRoP transfer, so she gets to keep these guys. Kitty let me transfer two of her old flits to another character, so the two left are Ren and Tev, both browns.

NAME: Mikhal
AGE: 18
GENDER: Male
DESCRIPTION: Short and skinny due to malnutrition as a child, Mikhal is forever doomed to look younger than he really is. A thatch of perpetually messy brownish-blond hair has been allowed to grow shaggy - not quite long enough to tie back and neaten up, but not short enough to look respectable. His face is almost heart-shaped, with a pointed chin, hollow cheeks and high cheekbones, a slightly stubby nose, and a refined forehead. His round eyes are a light brown, almost sienna, and hold a sort of calm wisdom.
Good-natured, amiable, and extremely responsible, Mikhal is determined to fulfill his duties to Gisella and the Weyr, and takes his assigned tasks very seriously. He gets along well with almost everyone, and seems to have few prickly spots - the only things that really appear to bother him are teasing about his status as a worker, or criticism about how he does his duties. He doesn't want to become a dragonrider - heights scare him - but he envies them their bonds to their dragons. His amiable nature can be deceptive, though - he can be stubborn to the point of boneheadedness, and is clever enough that he usually gets his way without anyone ever realizing it. He's highly defensive about the little he owns, as if afraid someone will try to take it away.
SKILLS: He's well-educated, not that it's been much help in the last nine years, and he's surprisingly good at hunting and cooking. Thanks to the disasters, when a woman and boy alone were good targets for the desperate, he's gotten very good at moving in the dark.

Appearance: He is pretty tall for his age. He has long, silky, silvery-white hair down past his back to about his upper leg. Because of this, he has a slight feminine appearance, and is sometimes mistaken for a girl. It often gets him very annoyed. His eyes are a very beautiful shade of yellow-brown, soft and understanding at times. He has a very calm appearance, which many people grow to really like and hang around him as much to calm themselves down as to talk. His eyes are sad, however, and no one really knows why. His skin is pretty pale, though he spends a lot of time outside.

Personality: He is very calm, almost emotionless, which he can be at times. He seems to understand the impossible, which leads many people to trust him. His masculine and feminine sides make it so either gender can be around him with ease. His feelings are addictive. He is almost always calm, and his presence helps others to calm. Some call him an angel; others say that is the last thing he was. He has another side. Sometimes, he can be colder as ice, and give you a stare that means death if you don't leave him right then. This side of him is revealed only to the ones who cannot go through his little shield and become his friend, but try anyway, despite his warnings that they are just annoying him. Either a great guy or one who scares you easily. Which one varies with who you are. Secretly, he is very depressed, very scared. He has lost much. No one really knows why he always has that depth of sadness in his eyes.

Skills: He is probably the best healer you could ever get with his calm air about him. He just seems to know exactly what you need when sick, externally or internally. Some believe it may have something to do with his permanent wounds in his heart, which have never healed. He also has a voice range from 2nd tenor to 1st soprano without a single crack, no matter what time of day or how tired he is. He is also a good runner handler, though not the best with a boat. He is a superb fighter, which you may learn the hard way if you see his true dark side, which none have seen yet, thankfully. Really, he is pretty good at anything he tries.

Appearance: Of average height and of more rounded build than most, Elly is nothing special to look at. Her face is normal � not ugly, not beautiful. Her brown hair is wavy, and always tied back, and her eyes are calm grey. Her clothes are always plain, and she is usually smiling.
Personality: Rather shy and yet still talkative to those she knows, Elly is a careful girl, who likes to tease and has a brilliant sense of humour.
Skills: Not much. She can read, write and do excellent maths, but that�s about it. She can lip-read and speak in sign-language, too.

Avian, black mistress of the sky. She had long tapered wings, and a wickedly hooked beak. Her talons are just right for ripping up small critters

History
He was born in a small hold, to the Lord Holder and one of his ladies. He was adored by all the nursemaids, and given very good care. He learned how to read and write, and can even solve some math equations (twelve days worth of food for a wing of riders. If one of these is caring for a baby, and brings extra food, how much should they pack?)
He Loved to pester the stable grooms, but his father found out and was furious. So, he is now banned from riding any of his father's runners. He was fascinated by the hunting birds some of the holder's had found, and at the age of seven, had stolen an egg straight from a cliff nest. It hatched into his own bird(Jewelclaw).
Terent got apprenticed to a Master Carver, but all he succeeded in learning was how to make little items such as one would sell at a Gather. He soon got bored, and decided to mess with his lessons. That got his master, Master Gerund, mad. He was booted out of his apprenticeship at the age of twelve.
He then stole a long boat(a small one(canoe)), and packed it with his boots, breeches, tunics, and several jesses for his Jewelclaw. He also brought along his collection of carving knives, his dagger that was his by right of his relation to his father, and a long bow. He made sure to bring his fat quiver of wherry fletched arrows, and carefully detailed instructions on how to make more arrows.
He then cut himself several strips of cloth to weave together to make a sling. The sling was very tough, and easy to find ammunition for.

Jewelclaw gear
A pair of long, thin, leather strips that knot around her feet called 'jesses', a hood, which calms her when he is scoping out a hunting place. He has a padded glove that he wears to protect his hand from her sharp claws. Double sewn leather pouch for holding the little animals she catches to be skinned and gutted.
When at a Gather, he likes to use some of his Father's old jesses. They are embroidered with small sapphires, in the design of a blue dragon. Most of the sapphires have fallen off, so he just replaces them with blue thread.

Appearance: Tall and lanky, Salty looks like he will grow into a lean and rangy man, when he has reached his full growth. His voice, recently broken, is reasonably deep, but it will settle in a more �light� tone.
Personality: Sharp, friendly, teasing and pretty on the ball, Salty enjoys running around with the group of weyrbrats. That�s all there is to say, really.

Welcome the Weyrbrats!
The Weyrbrats are all kids who've joined together. They are currently all of Impression age, and the ones that have parents/fosterparents don't see their parents much, so they've all banned together. They are just about inseperatable.

Name: Cara

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Appearance: Golden red hair, longer than the floor, so she braids it, and then rolls the braids around her head, like a crown. She wears a shirt that is too short, so it does not quite meet her pants, in fact, it misses by five inches. Her pants are of the darkest black, and they stop mid-calf. Her boots are regularly colored, and start at her ankle. She has eyes like the sea after a storm, and a complexion no one can describe.

Personality: Cara is sweet, out going, but not easy to persuade. She can lash out with words that cut, or words that are more soothing that the coldest ice pack on the hottest fever. Is described as an angel

Other: Has a blood red runner, with a black mane and tail. She named her Bay. Cara also has a small canine named Finch. Occasionally, a little yellow bird comes out of the forest, and perches on her shoulder. Cara adopted a watch-wher, and keeps it to protect herself at night. She named it Flo, never minding what others said. She left him in her claimed cave, and barricades the entrance. She has a whole wall full of the old Records, she is constantly studying them.

History: She was born on a small island, where she lived half her life, before she moved here, at six. They came to Benshing Island in the spring. Her mom, and later her dad, were taken from her by something. Her dad, B'nederra, is now back, but her mom is still missing.
Since her father is a bronzerider (bronze Keirth), she doesn't see him much. This is a reason she's a weyrbrat

Appearance: Tall, skinny, lots of curly brown hair framing a round face with laughing eyes.

Personality: A stubborn little snot. Not easy to get under his skin, and very hard to see his true personality. Cares alot about his few freinds, and is actually a very good boy once you get to know him. It's just a bit hard to get to know him.

History: He is the son of Maria, rider of blue Myth. Once, when a green ridden by a male flew, Myth rose to try to fly her. He succeeded, but the experience also frightened his sensitve rider. She concived, and had a gorgeous baby boy called Korea. Her son was cared for in the best manner, until the time came for Maria to resume Flying again. She had to leave her child in the hands of her capable old nurse, but the little boy shrieked the whole time his mother was gone. Finally, Korea began flying patrol with his mother at the age of four.
His mother is rider of blue Myth, and therefore doesn't get to see him much. As he was mainly raised by fosterparents anyway, he didn't mind too much, but joined in the group happily.

Personality: Easy going, loves creatures, an wants a flit. He's very caring. However, he keeps alot to his friends.

Appearance: Dark brown hair. Kept short, midneck. Can't do anything with it. Dark clotthing, dark eyes, even down to a dark runner, and canine.

Other: Runner Stallion Theyth, Canine male Fourt.

Skills: Woodworking, mending nets, and oh, cooking once in a while.

History: He's the fosterson of Rey, a current apprentice Dolphineer. He cannot remember anything about his parents, but remembers living his years with Rey as a mother-like-figure. He now enjoys life in the Weyr with his friends, and sometimes wishes to drop-in on his fostermother. He also is trying to work up the courage to ask her about his parents.
As Rey has lots to do as a dolphineer, he's joined his new group of friends, where he's very happy.

Appearance:She has red hair, and usually wears a long blue skirt, and a form fitting white tunic. She has green eyes.

Personality:Pretty easy going, loves to be around her friends. Feels a bit weird around her family and Cometer, especially once she left her normal weyr to join the little group of friends.

History: Her parents are M@henerr-a and @hense, and she has a sister named Manethenre (8 turns old and blind). She was normally watched by Cometer, now a green weyrling, but felt very alone, for her parents took special care of her blind sister. Most would say that is only to be expected, for she is blind, but it made Faini feel left alone. That's why she joined the group, and wouldn't leave it for the world.

Gender: Male

Appearance: He's got pure black hair, dyed wih red stripes going down them. It comes down in a spike-like style, a bit of red running down each spike.He's got pale-ish skin, and red-brown eyes. A bit tall, but not too tall. Normally wears dark colors.

Personaliy: He's not very open, except to the group. Pretty quiet to everyone else, maybe even cold. Because of his coldness and darker looks, people describe him as more of a demon than an angel.

History: He was born to greenrider Emila with Ylith and, is stepson to bronzerider T'lam with Kalith, from Telgar Weyr.
His mother had him by accident as a weyrling, and his father, a non-rider, took him in for eight long turns. He's never explained to anyone why his mother had taken him back, sobbing about past mistakes she made for her little boy.
By that time, she was weyrmate to T'lam. He lived there for many turns, happily.
They were being transferred to New Isle, and they brought their two children, Shadow and his half sister Angelline, who was one turn younger, with them. However, they got caught in 'the storm'. The last he heard of his parents were a bronze and a green dragon's anguished cries before they jumped /between/. He never saw his sister again.
The group's all the orphan has left now.

So, here they are. The Weyrbrats.

As a result Lena was alone most of her childhood. When she was seven she decided to move in with her father at Benden Weyr because she was closer to her father, loved dragons, and knew it was a better setting for her to grow up in rather than the large empty home in Fort Hold. She has always aspired to be a dragonrider and has been taught by her father about dragons, dragon care, and about numerous other things. When she was nine her family went on a vacation in the Southern continent to visit friends at Honshu, she and her sister went exploring and found a very small clutch of fire-lizards. There were only two eggs, one regular and one queen. The mother was watching over them carefully in a small tree near them. Lena had some food with her and once the eggs hatched her sister Impressed the queen. The other egg didn't hatch. A few years later, when she was 12, her father's friend had had a clutch of Whers that he needed to give away. He asked Lena if she wanted one and she said yes and was given one egg and instructions on how to care for a Wher and what to do, and so on. When it hatched it was a light bronze color, which is strange for Whers, and Lena named the male Wher Irid. Not too long after, her father died in Thread, and her mother who was so wrought with grief went to live with their aunt in the Southern Continent. A year after, her sister, who was two years older than her, had gotten promoted to Journeywoman and left Lena almost completely alone. Lena then became friends with a female candidate at Benden who convinced her to try to become a candidate as well. She's been living in the Weyr for a few years and knows it is only a matter of time before she is accepted as a candidate, and her dreams of a dragon become reality.

Description:X'thrall has blonde hair and sea-green eyes. His light features hide a dark and unsociable interior. He absolutely loathes people. He has the looks of an angel, but his nature is far from it. The only thing that mars his gorgeous looks is a long scar slit all the way down his arm from the shoulder to the wrist; it is the result of a particularly rutal brawl.
However, do to Impression and the fact that Golgith has flown Grenith, X'thrall has opened up a bit. He cares about G'rein, his (current?) weyrmate, but is still a bit 'rough around the edges'.

Abilities:He is an exellent fighter, has been trained as a Runner, and is very established in the art of the brawl. He's grown up in a Runner Hall, and has been in his share of scrapes. He won't take poop((for lack of a more appropriate, non-cuss word)) from anyone, and will fight with the slightest notice, though he almost always wins due to his well-planned manuevers and skill at dodging.

Appearance:
Ayrei has eyes that are what you call the angelic, adorable kind. This girl holds pure innocence in her big, dark green eyes. She loves the shade of color her eyes are. Being a dark green, near black but still able to see hints and shades of the green, they glitter with such brightness you sometimes wonder why they don't blind someone. Her eyelashes, on the other hand, are quite a shame for her. They are thin and long, very long. Every time she blinks, someone makes a comment about them, which she can get quite embarrassed about. Her hair has always been a soft, silky and yet amazingly long, straight, pale gold (or blonde) in color with highlights of silver. Wonder how long her hair really is? Oh...it reaches below her waist, but don't worry, she has a habit of always tying it off with a small white hair tie. Her skin is a soft as a maiden and is a peachish pink hue. Her cheeks are a bit different for they have a slight rosy hue, maybe from blushing a lot or maybe they are naturally that color. Her face is a nice perfect oval shape with no flaws what so ever. Her chin rounds of to a slight point, but not exactly. Her face always has that vague, bored look on, but once she's smiling, it's a different chapter. Her lips are soft, medium sized and kind of pinkish. She doesn't have sharp angles everywhere. Her body seems to favor curves rather then jutty points. She has a slightly long, yet slender neck by which a single necklace hangs and hanging from the necklace is a small ring with a gold color (Her precious! >.<). The necklace is hidden beneath her white shirt, so no one can see the single useless ring. Her whole frame is slender, sleek, lithe and voluptuous, looking quite enticing in most cases. Not only is her frame slender but her limbs are sleek and slender also. Her legs are, should I dare say, quite shapely. Both of her hands possess long, tapered and yet delicate fingers. Her muscles are quite visible, but not like a buff woman or anything. They are dancer muscles!! Besides being slender and all, she has her downside on height. Her height, sadly reaches only to about 5"2ft. She's pretty short, but she doesn't mind that at all. Shewears dresses sometimes, but only for special occasions. What she wears the most are males type of clothing, meaning shirts and trousers. She seems to like sandals to, because she wears them alot. They go very well with her clothing style. Her sandals are thin and plain with no intricate designs, and they cover her tiny feet with delicate small toes.

Personality:
Ayrei a silent person, and doesn't speak that much. But that doesn't mean she's shy. She's quite bold, excluding her will to talk. She only talks alot when she knows you for a long long time. She doesn't care who starts the conversation etiher, she just likes to talk to her old friends. She loves to eat, and will chow out, and yet she never gets fat. And yes, thats one of the reasons as to why she knows how to cook. She thinks cooking is fun, because you get to learn something useful in your life. Since she likes to dance alot, you'll sometimes catch her cooking, dancing and humming to some familiar tune, she has a habit of doing that sometimes. She has quite a temper, and can be very very vicious when angered, but thats quite rare since she's able to control her temper. But when she was a little girl, her brother described her as a vicious dragon ready to tear somebodies head off, whether they did it or not. So if you don't want your head bitten off, don't get her mad. She may have that bored, not so funny look on her face, but that doesn't mean that she's an evil witch of some sort. She's actually quite nice, and can joke around alot, but only to people she know, yet again. The only reason why she does that to her friends is that she knows how they will react, but if she shows her silly side to some stranger, she'll think that they won't like her and regect her or just be a total meanie. She's quite in most situations, and she will not faint if she sees blood or some vvery scary beast that will more then likely bite her head off. There is just one personality that you would never expect to see...she's a troublemaker. She's quite bold and her bold actions get her in trouble a lot. She may look like a girl, but a part of her has that boyish pesonality going on. It seems that she's only able to achieve trouble at this time. She can be a mature person at times, but sometimes she can be quite childish. She believes that nobody can stay mature for every second of their life, they'll have to act childish sometime, whether it's in front of people or when they're by themselves. She's a very determined person, and stubborn too. When she wants something, she goes for it. She likes to listen to other people and help them out if she can. She hates people who never gives others a chance to speak there part, and the kind that cuts others off without even so much as giving a few minutes to listen to their side. She thinks it just to listen to both sides rather then listening to one side and not the other. She has quite a bad habit too. She could never speak in front of someone that s angry at her, even if she didn't do it and they just accused her. She's trying to break the habit of staying silent when accused of something, but it's easier said then done.

Let me say a little bit about her past:
Ayrei lived in a large family. She had three brothers and one sister. She was the youngest and the most innocent of them all. Her family wasn't poor, but they weren't rich either, they just went on with their lives. Being the youngest, she was raised to get everything last, including the food and clothing and stuff like that. She was picked on alot in her childhood life, both from her siblings and from other children. They targeted her because they knew she would never do anything about it. The only weird thing is, her older siblings always got mad at the other children, because they say that they are the only one's that are allowed to pick on her. Either way, she really doesn't like it. Everytime some one picks on her, she feels like she is lower then dirt. If you think thats bad, wait until you hear hear this. Her major family rule is that the children cannot speak at the table until told to do so. She always got in major trouble because she always talked to her family. They eventually kicked her out of the table, forceing her to eat outside. She didn't mind that at all, because she get to stay happy and talk to herself as much as she wants to. Ayrei soon grew up to look much like her mother. She, of course, possessed much of her mothers good looks, except for her eyes. Her eyes she got from her dad. The picking seemed to cease as she grew up. Soon enough she had two stupid boys who wanted to marry her! Ewww...But they were taken care of quickly by her three brothers. Soon she had zip zero boys following her. They seemed quite shaken when they saw what happened to the two that previously followed her. Since she always hung around with her brothers, she eventually grew to be much like them. Not in looks but in perosnality. She caused troubl everywhere and was a daring person. She came out with bruises, and I mean a lot. Bruises seemed to grow into a habit, for she came with them everyday, along with her brothers who also had bruises. But the day she was Searched, she wasn't where the rider expected her to be. Instead she was by a stream, jumping in with her brothers, and creating a few cuts from the sharp rocks below. she came back home...a few hourse later and was taken away with a surprised, and shocked look on her face. Was her boyish playing coming to an end? I dearly hope so.

Appearance- Kendra is tall with broze, flowing hair to her waist. It's always in separate small sections, with a bit of a dark green on the last few inches. No one knows why. She has a bronzish tan, from being in the sun at the ocean. She's got beautiful soft brown eyes, a contrast to her dark skin and hair. She has a bad threadscore on her right arm, making the whole arm nearly black, and a large scar down the right side of her face, looking like a large scratch across her eye and face. She usually wears long sleaves when not at the ocean to hide her arm's score.

Personality- She is very kind, if you're a REALLY good friend. She doesn't trust easily; she's more a you go your way I'll go mine kind of person. She's very different. She has had a bad past, and one only sees her good side if she's with an animal. She is one of those people most avoid, because she looks, and maybe even is, pretty dangerous when she wants to be.

Skills- She has been trained in dolphineering for 13 turns, and was just recently made a journeywoman. She awaits the day she'll get her own dolphine partner, which should be very soon. She's also a great singer, with a soprano voice like an angels'. No one really knows this, though. Another secret is her healing ability. Her parents had been healers, after all. This is a bit of her history, from her point of view:

Well, I lived in a Southern hold for five years, being very familiar with the healing arts my parents always used. We always thought I'd be a healer one day, but, when we moved closer to the island, I found some Dophineers, and instantly fell in love with the craft. One of them took me as an apprentice when I was seven, and from there I went on. One day, when I was still seven, Thread fell, and a new born calf was very disstressed. I couldn't help it; I had to go and help the little girl. So, I'd ran out, and helped her find her mother, where she felt safe. I'd only dared go out there while I was with a friend, though. Bad mistake. Thread was falling in the spot I was standing in. It went all down my arm, starting with my shoulder, ending at my fingers. I had blood all over my arm. I was so surprised I cried out, and looked up just in time to see a clump of thread come down upon me, and leave a deep scrath like cut down the right side of my face. I ran inside, and the healers were able to stop the pain. However, the scars never healed. And, the worst of it was, I never saw my friend again. For all I know, he'd died in the fall. He was my only friend... but now, I've past being an apprentice, though I've still no partner. They had run out of young dolphines where I was an apprentice, but I learned just as much as them, as the journeymen there taught me with their partners. I just want to live a nice life out at sea with a dolphine partner. That is my dream...
When I was two, my father had died. I didn't really know him... Then, when I was ten, my mother died. Ever since that day, I'd had eleven foster homes in all. When I was sixteen, I decided I'd be my own girl, and lived with just my apprentice work keeping me going. I hope to one day be the best there is at dolphineering...

Appearance. Well, it's been so long, I don't think I remember. Blond hair, matted. Brown/blue eyes. Darker skin. no shoes or boots. Only a dirty shift.
Background Well, she was a drudge for many Turns. Then, she ran away in a canoe at age fourteen. Her clothes were in a chest in the back, along with food, and in the front was a Healing kit. Straped to her back was a baby. She had been fostering him, and his parents had died. She had wanted a foster kid, and seeing how she had none of her own(at thirteen, that's a good thing), she took him on.
She has now been here for eleven Turns. Her little boy is now eleven, and apparantly takes after her, though she carefully maintains a disguise of filth.

�She is normally very sweet, but if you get on her bad side, you�ll regret it. She always has a headache, a strange kind of medical problem she�s had from birth. She has a slightly faulty memory at times, but normally, she can remember anything. It�s her headaches that throw her off.

appearance: He is very tall, about 6'4, with black hair to his shoulders. His skin is very deep bronze, much like that color dragon's hide. This comes from being in the sun so long. His eyes are a bit strange. They are silvery. That is the only way to describe their color. Not blue, silver. But, it is very strange to look into his eyes. It makes you feel as though he's looking into your very soul. They seem calm, understanding, yet at the same time cold, flashing dangerously, deadly... His whole appearance makes him look quite dangerous. He is the kind of person not many can stay with, because he has a tense air about him, as if you are face to face with a wild wolf. It makes most people uneasy, even scared.

personality: he has a lone-wolf personality. He never got along well with people. They were all pretty scared of him, to tell you the truth. They never trusted him. He had to live alone the last 7 years, for no one trusts him. But, if you could only trust him, you'd think it was so strange none liked him. He is very protective, with a kind of wolfish nature. He'll do anything to protect the ones who will actually dare approach him. If you are his friend, you would never have to worry about being attacked! He is very sweet, too. He'll help others whenever he can. His all around being reminds others of wolves, which earned him the nickname "Lone Wolf".

skills: He is a good singer, his song as enticing as the wolf's howl, so to speak. No one every really hears him sing, though. Animals get along very well with him, as they kinda consider him one of them with his animalish ways. Flits seem to trust him above all others. He is also a pretty good healer, as his parents were. He cannot sail very well, but is the master when it comes to means of defense. Sword, knife, any weapon you could imagine he could wield. He doesn't enjoy fighting other people, however. His skills usually come in handy when he hunts, as he usually doesn't eat at the Weyr; he prepares his own food. Not like anyone would sit with him anyway. He is a good runner handler, and hopes that would help him ride a dragon one day. It's his greatest dream to be a dragonrider. He also wouldn't mind a few flits!

Description Close cropped brown hair. Cold black eyes, brittle obsidian. Leather pants, leather jacket, leather tunic, leather everything. He also has a metal belt. He looks dangerous. Sword and dagger scars on his cheeks, hands, a broken nose and also one of his eyes is permanately put out of action.
History A fighter at birth, he is the bastard son of a lady Holder, one of a brown roder's loves. At the age of two, his mother dumped him out in the hands of his aunt. He ran away, as she was cruel, at the age of ten. With him, he took twenty marks, a long sword, several daggers, and a small knowledge how o make servicable clothes.
He stole a runner from his aunts stable, and he also took with him a special type of hunting bird. Hooked beak, steely eyes, long, tapered wings, black head, rosy breast, and a short tail.
A cave on Benshing Island is his home, and he rarely finds occasion to venture from it. Only Hatching might draw him out as a spectator. His curiosty is very rare, but he likes dragons, but loathes fire lizards. He doesn't care about them, he just like dragons. Watchwhers are okay.

Skills Fighting, riding his stolen stallion, staying invisible, and other small things. He can make tough fighter's clothes, and do a little, very small amount decorating.

Other Candidate, a recluse, never really liked people. He once ventured out of his cave to see his girlfriend, but she had married instead of waiting for him to appear again. This made him even more bitter.

Appearance: long, black black hair, usually pulled back sharply from her face. Vivid, angry green eyes, dark complexion.
Personality: Not someone you want to mess with. That's all ever need know.
Skills: Sewing, crocheting, knitting, all manner of things.
History: When Maria was Searched, she thought she would Impress a green. That was fine by her. However, she got there, all the green's were Impressed. She decided to move out of the Ground, but the little blue that was left hunted her down, stepping on the young girl's willowy back. Impression was made.
Maria never truly understood why Myth had chosen her, but she was glad he had.
Once, when a green ridden by a male flew, Myth rose to try to fly her. He succeeded, but the experience also frightened his sensitve rider. She concived, and had a gorgeous baby boy called Korea. Her son was cared for in the best manner, until the time came for Maria to resume Flying again. She had to leave her child in the hands of her capable old nurse, but the little boy shrieked the whole time his mother was gone. Finally, Korea began flying patrol with his mother at the age of four.

Maria hates males, for in the flight she had concieved, she didn't want a mate. She had been raped, and the experience left her scarred. The only mae she won't detest at sight is her son. Bronze, blue, green, brown, regular folk, they were all the same.
