Description- A short young woman at around 5'2, with warm brown eyes and shuolder-length tresses of pale blonde, often held back in a tail at the nape of her neck. Slightly plump, not really, just a bit heavy around the gut and neck. And not very athletic, either, but her intelligence and outgoing personality make up for that. Most people really can't help but like Velka, though she usually ends up rambling when she speaks, especially in a time of heightened emotion.
