Subject: Okay, these are Candiates for the next Clutch....

NAME: Aerix
AGE: 24
GENDER: Male
DESCRIPTION: Of medium height, Aerix is broad-shouldered and heavily muscled, obviously a powerful man. He's swarthy-skinned, with short black hair and very dark brown eyes. Numerous scars mar his body, including a nasty one down the left side of his face. His usual expression is a scowl; only a very few things can bring a smile to his face.
Not so much arrogant as very confident of his abilities, Aerix is willing to admit when others are better at him than something - but if he's the one with more skill, he makes sure everyone else knows it. Brutally honest, he lacks anything even resembling tact, which does not always endear himself to others. Not that he cares. He's fiercely protective of anybody he considers "family", particularly Jessen, whom he treats as a little brother.
SKILLS: Runner-riding, fighting, hunting, tracking, basic first aid - you know, all the wilderness survival stuff. He's particularly good at the fighting; something of a renegade, he's lived among Holdless all his life, even before the disasters.

NAME: Jessen
AGE: 15
GENDER: Male
DESCRIPTION: Somewhat smaller in stature than his age would indicate, Jessen looks a few years younger than he is. Very thin, he never seems to quite fill out, no matter how much he eats - not that he's gotten much to eat lately. Paler than his older companion, he's heavily tanned. Sun-bleached chestnut hair falls almost to his shoulders, framing a sober face and deep blue eyes. On the active side, Jessen has a tendency to bounce slightly when excited or nervous.
Although a pretty smart kid, Jessen seems to have traded in most of his common sense for that extra intelligence; he's fearless, and his excessive curiousity tends to get him into trouble. Extremely talkative and outgoing, he can get people's nerves rather quickly. All in all, he's not exactly the survival type; in fact, Aerix is probably the only reason he's survived through the disasters.
SKILLS: He's very resourceful and inventive - given the right tools and time to think, he can make almost anything into something useful.
