He's the proverbial Amen Ra, brightest star in the sky
Making atheists swear to God, he's one hell of a guy
Electrifying performances and fits of human strenght
On a 100 yard long battlefied, can he go the lenght?
Coaches and team never gave up on his superhuman abilities
Shakes his defender, gets open, thanks to Mongoose agility
3 yards, 2 yards, 1, as he makes it across that alabaster line
His meaning in life gets validated, existence isn't a waste of time
I beg to ask what makes him smile, love of the sport or the shine
Is he grinding it out to decline a ripe mind full of doubts
Or was that just a stat for analyzers remind him about
Is he doing fine in this bout are does he need to call it quits
A fan chants, "Step up your game!", he throws an alcoholic fit
He let the glitz and the glamour get the best of him
Fame eventually molested him, he wanted a destined win
As a matter-of-fact he was bested by one of his best of friends
He had went down a path immoral as well as unethical
...He couldn't think of a better person to be second to
