Subject: My Writing in my Opinion (Rant)

I notice that lately when I write I care less about how
it's structured and I've been trying to worry less about packin git with conventional end-rhymes. I kind of try to just work with the cadences I like and just know that the rhymescheme will come together by the end of the verse or stanza.
I notice that now I'll look at the lines which are already writeen and pick internal rhymes that go well with what I want to put in the next line of the stanza. I'm trying to figure out why I haven't done this earlier. Don't know why it's just hitting me now to do that.
I was listening to the XX last night while I wrote and the idea came to me. I really like their band and the music they're cranking out. Their genre of music is called Dream Pop. I like the XX alot because I'm a sucker for bands that use two vocalists, it's also an added bonus when one is male and the other is female.
There's other bands that use a similar line-up but the only one that comes to mind right now is Skillet. I've been wanting to write but I think maybe I should read some different things first and write once something inspiring hits me.
Been reading the Psychology Today magazine although I feel some of their journalism is slightly biased. I feel that they talk about all their subject matter from the same perspective all the time. They really don't confront porblems from a personal level of the person with the problem.
I don't like that you mostly get a doctor's perspective or p.o.v.
The magazine is still very informative and I learn something new everytime I come across the new issues.
