Here are the details of my transaction with these people. *******I copied it off of my other webpage, so sorry the lines are so messed up, but that's what happens.*****
This company basically stole the money of hundreds of ebay users, and these were high priced computers. This post is a little long, but goes over this transaction from day one.

This was the worst Ebay sale I've took part in, or even heard of.
The people of Laptopnet.com, Inc (Notebooknetaw) are frauds that are
incapable of running a business on Ebay.
First of all, they had terrible service from the start. We sent in
payment in the form of a wire transfer. As you probably know that after a
certain time of day (1:30 here) the banks can't do the wire transfer until
the next business day. After telling them many times that the payment went
through on 3/20, they still for some reason kept looking under the 19th
for payment.
Then, after that was all done, these people wouldn't send a payment
confirmation. We talked to them on the phone and they said that they did
recieve it, and we would get a confirmation email shortly. About a week
passed and they still didn't send anything. We called them back and the
same woman denied even talking to us the last time, and now said they had no
reccord of our payment at all. We had to send all the records again, and they
still said that they didn't see any record. After all the worries that $1000
was lost, they finally said that it was their mistake and they had it all along.
We also had to send the fax multiple times. Then, the truth came out.
They said,"Our faxes come in downstairs and they don't bring them up here."
So that was over, no apologies about the mistake or anything. They
said that my laptop would be shipped 2-3 weeks from the date paid, and
everything was okay.
We waited the three weeks, and then called to make sure our order
was on schedule. Sure enough, they didn't have the item, so they said it'd
be shipped the next Monday. (one week from that day)
We waited another week and that Monday, again, they didn't have our
item. They said Wednesday for sure, which was two days away.
That day things seemed to pick up. They said they had my item, and
they even said they'd ship it out next day for being so patient with them.
The next day comes and I'm waiting for the laptop all day. It
never comes, so we call again. It turns out that they didn't ship it at
all, even after all the promises. Customer service said that they lied to
her too, and that she didn't know that the laptop still didn't come in.
Again, they promised that it'd be in the next day. It never came in,
and they tried to find one. When that failed they agreed to give a refund
that next Monday. (it was Friday) Then on Monday there was no wire transfer,
and now they said the refunds go out on Wednesday, no matter what we were
promissed.
Wednesday came and there was no wire transfer. Then they said that
all wire transfers go out on Friday. We called the next Monday and no refund.
Their excuse was that the owner was very busy with a lot of refunds. I guess
she had a meeting with the owner and the money was going to be refunded that
night. Actually, she said in twenty minutes and we'd get a confirmation via
email right after. No money in out account the next day. They said it went
out via paypal, even though they promised it'd be refunded via wire transfer,
she even said her boss was going to the bank that minute!
ALL THIS AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT!

They again said it'd be out the next day by wire transfer. This went
on for days. "My boss is on the way to the bank right now." Then, we decided
to have a relative in the area pick up a check. They refused to do it, and
basically said it'd need to be refunded by paypal or the money's gone. We
really had no choice, so we signed up and had paypal wire transfer it back to
us. (they do it for free, so it's what we should've done all along.)
There was $1030.00 in the paypal account, so they refunded the item cost,
shipping, our $15.00 wire transfer fee, plus $40. Not worth it at all!
I did finally get the money back on 5/11, I bought it close to two monthes ago!

Another few things... Someone bought the same exact item two weeks after
me and got it in a week, which is about a month before I finally got refunded.

Stay away if you want to keep your money. It's not worth it, trust me.

Some more info:
Over the time of our sale, the seller Notebooknetaw became unregistered
from Ebay THREE times, one for about three weeks! Ebay only suspends people under extreme
conditions... so it's hard to be suspended once. Three times in a month is
almost impossible! They clearly started selling under a new name, but when
asked about it they denied it. Here are the reasons:

1. Same location. (Miami FL)
2. This seller registered the same day notebooknetaw became unregistered.
3. They used the same bad english skills. (both said "refurbish" for refurbished.)
4. They sell the exact same items. (same laptops plus items like the exact webcams they sell)
5. They even have the same exact auction terms!
6. Said their waiting period in the exact same way.
7. When told about this BOTH auction ads changed and corrected their english.
8. They recieved the same negitive feedback, then replied the EXACT same way.

Why would someone sell under a different name and lie about it?
If you're wondering, the other person is user id: Genialbid. Check the ads yourself.
PS, now they're unregistered too!
