Jeff Matthews shows up on the titon tron with Valerie by his side. Michael Cole is next to them with a microphone in hand. Michael Cole speaks.


Michael Cole: Thank You, now I am here with Jeff "The Rage" Matthews, and his manager Valerie. I was sent here to ask you a couple of questions. So Jeff Matthews, what do you think about going up against Joker, tomorrow night in a Cage Match for the HWF Television Championship. Your thoughts on that?

Jeff Matthews: Well, Well, Well, Michael Cole, tomorrow night I am in a match against.....Joker. Who is the HWF Television Champion. I am fighting him in a Steel Cage Match correct. Well, lets see here Michael Cole, I think that match will not be simple, I think I will get hit a few times, I think I will getbeat up a little bit, and I know that me and Joker are really good friends. But I garuntee you, just because were friends, that doesn't mean I am going to go easy on Joker, annd that doesn't mean I m going to walk out of the arena empty handed...because tomorrow night I am going to give it all I got to take down, Joker, and I will go down, and I will down hard, but I willgive it every ounce of energy I have to get back up on my feet and fight back, against Joker. That belt means a lot to me right now, and tomorrow night, on Monday Night War, in that Cgae Match, I am going to give it all i got to take that belt away from Joker and put it around my waste. That belt is coming home with me tomorrow night, wether I get kncked down and pinned 1...2..but that is as far as that pin is going to go, because I will give it all I got to wn tomorrow, and if you don't think that, tomorrow you can sit in the back, on the TV moniter, and watch me, because on Monday Night War, I am going to prove to the world, right on national television, that Monday Night War, really is WAR, and Joker, is going to be the example, even though me and him are really close friends. So Michael those are my thoughts on my match tomorrow night.

Michael Cole: Okay, now the question the whole world wants to know, do you think you have what it takes to become the HWF Television Champion?

Jeff Matthews: Michael Cole, I don't think I have what it takes to beat the HWF Television Champion Joker, I know...I have what it takes...and tomorrow I will make that 100% true right in front of your very own eyes, when I beat Joker right in front of the world. The reason I just said that, because I have the fans behind my back that give me the confidence to do better in my matches, and I also have the confidence from my own self, that makes me give it every ounce of energy, to get back up and start fighting until I go down, and go down for good. One thing I can garuntee to Joker right now, is that I amy go down, and I may go down hard, but as hard as I fall, is as hard as you fall Joker because when you take me down, your coming right down with me...watch and learn tomorrow because it is going to be your worst match you have ever, ever, had in your entire HWF career.

Michael Cole: Okay, I a guess this match is going to be better than I thought, the way you are throwing threats to the Television Champion. I only have a couple more questions for you then you can get back to your normal business. Now lets move on, next qusetion. Jeff Matthews, do you think you can beat him in a the cage ????

Jeff Matthews: Of course I can beat Joker in a cage..I don't care what kinda match I am in, I wouldn't care if it were in a dumpster surounded by 3 feet tall rotweilers. I wouldn't care if it were in a Inferno Cage Match and the only way you can win is by going over a pit of barbed-wire. I personaly don't care what match it is in, and come tomorro I will use that Cage to bang Jokers head with. And maybe some other body parts.

Michael Cole: Okay, now I have one more question....would you care if the N.W.D. came out from behind and somehow got in the cage and attacted you...what would you do, you have nobody to help you at all?

Jeff Matthews: Michael Cole, you see, I don't care if I don't have anyone to back me up tomorrow night, I will tear off a piece of the cage if I have to and bang it over their heads a couple of times. I won't have to worry about it. Although they are a very strong force, I will find a way to knock them all on their butts for good. I woudn't care if I go to jail just to get them away from me, then I guess that will happen. And if I don't find anything to protect myself before they get in the ring (if they even do come then I guess that I will just have to face the consiquenses and get the living crap kicked out of me. So Michael Cole...are you done yet, because I have to go do something really important right now?

Michael Cole: Okay well Thank You Jeff Matthews for your time, and you can go do what you have to that's so important. And good luck tomorrow in your match-up.

The camera fades for a commercial brake and 2 minutes later HWF comes back on and it shows Jeff Matthews in his locker room with a microphone agian....everyone looks stunded.

Jeff Matthews: Okay, now I know I was just talking to Michael Cole, but I have a little something to say to Joker. So, Joker, I just wanted to show sportsmanship, and say good luck tomorrow, and I hope you don't get to mad if I win your belt, so best wishes and good luck tomorrow.
