Then there are program operators who claim to have access to a potential treasure trove of available HYIP's. Trades like these are reserved with absolutely no risk to the principal. But what do the operators do? They ask their clients or "players" to sign a ridiculous disclaimer, removing them from any and all liability in connection with the funds. If you ever sign one of these, you may aswell save yourself some time and insert your funds neatly into the operators wallet.

There are also a lot of programs out there claiming your funds are secure. They can feed you all kinds of garbage, but the bottom line is: without a contract your just taking their word for it. I'm not saying there aren't working programs. There certainly are.
