That's the way I understood it reading your mail. Even with my weak english there was no embiguity, you wrote that you would not offer WFP without a reserved fund to cover you in case of failure. But I will not insist as effectively I do not have your talent in English and everyone understant what he wants to understand.

When I wrote "your friend" it was related to your previous mail where you told me with friends like me you dont need ennemies.

I beleive you are now doing real efforts to recover your mistakes so keep the good work.
