This must be your first picnic. What do you hope to gain? There were no guarantees in the first place. I have allso checked with legal councel and found out that the only person liable is the one who placed the funds some where other than where we instructed them to. Patric O has comitted fraud not Kevin. The only way to be secure in any investment is to never give up control of the funds. This is not dificult if you have 1M dollars to invest. If you do not have that kind of money then you must trust someone and they are trusting someone else and so on. This is why most if not all of these trades fail for the small investor. Hell it's hard to recover the 10 bucks you loaned your best friend who lives a block away and didn't charge any intrest. The mistake Kevin and this group made was not entering one Trade with Kevin as the signator. There is no doubt we as a group had the financial power to do this before we pissed it all away. This would have given us recourse and Kevin would have maintained control of the funds. Kevin is not a con or he would be gone and rich, he is neither. Kevin is one of the most organized peolpe I have ever delt with and it is unfortunate he screwed up. He has admitted it and is taking responsibility for his mistake's. That is more than I can say for most of the people who are still blaming Kevin for the mistakes they made.
