 This morning many of us received a mailing from Straub wanting a new agreement signed. I personally did not like the way some of it read and faxed it to my legal advisor.
His advice. DO NOT SIGN IT under any circumstances. Pay particular attention to sections 6, 7 and 11. In his opinion he is attempting to insulate, distance, and remove himself from any promises, statements and guarantees he made in regards to ANY programs up until this date. Read it closely and make your own decision!!!
