Madame has instructed me to not say a word; to bite my tongue hard. But I have to comment:
I am reading all of this with heartsick interest. I am still here. I see my address posted as Penhold. It is actually Springbrook. People know this. My postal code is T4S 1V4. I have not tried to hide. I do not drive a Rolls Royce, but a '91 Dodge Spirit, that has a burned out stereo system and broken fog lights. There are many things on this forum that are clearly intended to whip up some kind of feeding frenzy against me and my character. There are numerous falsehoods. I am actually shocked by some of what I read, but shouldn't be, because it is the very nature of evil to redirect the blame, using lies, if necessary.
I understand that some are in desperate ways. I am sorry that you feel the need to attack in such a vicious manner, but it will not help you. Clearly, your method could serve to damage everyone. I am, in fact, still here. I have told you all that I will not be participating in any more "HY" promises. I really thought we had something happening, at last, with ABG and PWF. There is a court appointed receiver in place to liquidate the "facilitator's" holdings, but this receiver is trying to take the case from a civil to a criminal matter. In that case, we only foresee a very long time before any funds, if any at all, are recovered and reimbursed. Anyone who was in ABG has received profits or broke close to even, except a small handful (less than 15) who had cheque issued payments from Paritate that got caught there. James King handled the PWF monies, and is working very hard to make sure that at least the principal comes back, in time. Anybody who is with him now has online access to the entire documentation of court actions and balance sheets from the receiver. I know this is real, because I have the same documents faxed to me in hardcopy.
There are other programs that have fallen, either due to the restrictions and cessations of FED trades, or to outright fraud, as we have seen in some of our programs. I am suspecting that SFT is perhaps fraudulent. The owner is a friend of Doge's, a name we see on this forum, but I do not think the post was made by Doge.
I have to tell you that I am indeed working on ways of recovering monies. I know the comments I will receive for saying this, but I am advising you that to give out details would jeopardize the chances of getting these funds back. The best thing anyone can do right now is to keep quiet and stay in touch with me. The stuff going on here at this forum has the potential to be extremely detrimental to everyone concerned.
Should the things I am working on come to failure, there is a back-up plan, and that is a special fund I am building for Stargate and LIFE Club victims. (The fund is currently less than 30,000 USD. But it will not be this small for very much longer.) Please include me as the largest victim on the list. I have not knowingly entered into anything fraudulent, nor have I ever set out to defraud anyone of a dime. Regardless of the fact that I have never personally guaranteed anything (with what fund could I issue a guarantee?) I have it in my heart to help those who have lost. First, the two above mentioned programs, then we'll see where we can take it from there.
But please, you have to give this time to work. I am hopeful that we will succeed, in spite of the terrible world conditions that are upon us. I cannot begin any kind of recovery fund distributions until we are well into six figures. Once I begin the Stargate distributions, I would hope to make them in amounts of 10% per payment, or higher. Please understand that this means we have to generate, from this fund, about 70,000 or higher, in distributable funds, per payment. This is no small undertaking, but I am here telling you now that I have a solid hope of actually being able to do it. Of course, I can't promise. Everything is too uncertain in these times. But I am not going to run from this, okay?
Sadly, hopefully,
Kevin S.
