She does the fly the first 100 yards switching to the back for the next 100. She does the basic 400 IM for a small warmup before getting in a lane by herself. She goes underwater, pushes off and starts the clock on her gogles all at the same time.

She swims gracefully under the water. She stays under for a good half hour at a time. When she comes up she doesn't even gasp for air. She climbs gingerly out of the pool and dries off. "Jasper come on!" The perkinese tips his shades and barks. She smiles and strokes his back. He growls gentally. She picks him up and puts a life jaket on him as she sets him in the shallows. He flails around for a wile then gets the hang of it and fallows Nerid to the deeper water.

Paula wears a black bikini and Cessy wears a navy blue Bikini Cessy smiles drops her stuff and does a running dive into the pool she swims under water untill she is about half way up the pool then she apears and tosses back her long black hair
Paula dives in from the blocks and swims up to Cessy then she dunks her sister in Cessy brings Paula down with her they reapear in a matter on seconds smiling and laugthing
