She looks up from her bowl, eyes really glazed over as the smokey haze encircles her. Her speach is jumbled together and she is having a rather bi-polar moment for the downers and uppers. "Wouldja-shutup?" she slurrs as she takes another drink from the now almost empty flask, followed by a hit from her bowl.
