Subject: Medan to Nias

I fogot .. one other question...

I hear there are two options for getting from Medan to Lagundri.. One an 8 hour overland taxi/ride and then ferry or boat.. the other fly on SMAC airlines..

Whats the take on SMAC airlines, I here your boards dont get on sometimes, and you loose a few days waiting around for them?

Any idea how often they run, or what days.. or is it just a matter of finding out when you get there?

Anyone got any ifo on SMAC airlines, would be greatly appreciated.. rough costs, time table etc..

Or should we avoid SMAC at all costs?

Whats your advice?

Were heading off in 3 weeks time!!
