I don't give a shoot about runners. I'm obsessed with the killers.
One time, though, I did get the cops do dress down some asshole who decided to spend the cab fare on a 6 pac o'beer and 'short' me. The cell phone worked with that case. I got paid & tipped. He was such a softy with the cop. It burned my ass the way he said;"It's just a few dolars and only a cab driver."
Another time I fired off a round at a runners heels. One other time I even went into the projects and demanded $ from the hidden culprit's Mom. I got it!

They will hold, handcuff and arrest someone for shoplifting a 75 cent pack of gum, yet, if you the driver are ripped off for 8 bucks, the attitude is....you're only a cabdriver..why didn't you ask for the money up front.
