talk about sarcasm. their songs are not boring and they definitely dont suck ass (but nor do reef or skunk anansie). placebo also are cool, but im not too sure whether they are superior to sonic youth who might i say have done some really cool tunes such as Teenage Riot, Death Valley '69, Schizophrenia, Kill Yr Idols (the list goes on)

also political rock can be good, but some stuff by rage is just utter shit.
