"Is a debtor a slave?"

Do I owe you money? Did we have a contract in which I was obligated to
perform some task for you or you for me? Can you produce a copy of it which
I signed for me?

Your reasoning is entirely circular SU.

You lack the ability to "think outside the box" as it were. You think that
because something has never existed, ergo it can never exist. Allow me to
use an example to point up the flaw in your reasoning.

40 years ago, the folks at IBM were saying that there were no practical uses
for home computers. They predicted that computers would never be smaller
than the average living room and would cost more than a million dollars.

They were wrong in their reasoning just as you are wrong in yours.

President Kennedy accidentaly hit on the concept in one of his speeches.

"Some people look at the world as it is and ask why. I look at the world as
it could be and ask why not."

Your "philosophy" is nothing more than a fresh coat of makeup and a splash
of cheap perfume on a very old harlot SU. You can call it fascism, or
socialism, or democracy, but it's the same old thing.

It's the rule of the mob and the thug with a government gun.

It brings me no pleasure to say such things to you SU, and I don't wish to
be misconstrued in my words to you. I bear you no ill will at all. I hope
you believe me.

I say these things to you in the way I have said them in the hopes that you
will save yourself, and ultimately millions of others from continuing the
carnage that has marked the last two centuries of human history.

The Founders were indeed revolutionary in their day and they created a
radical society for its time. But, they made a fundamental mistake in the
way they structured Government. The Anti Federalists were correct, and
everything they predicted has come to pass and more.

Here is a quotation I like:

"But there are others, and include myself among them who constitute an
entirely different class of humanity. We are neither interested in power nor
its abuse. We are satisfied to live our lives in peace with ourselves and
with others, and we derive great satisfaction in seeing others enjoy life as
we do. We believe that our lives and our minds are sovereign, and that the
fruits of our labors are not forfeit to the first thug who demands them at
the point of a gun. We judge others solely by their competence and by their
character."

P.S. If I need someone to guard me from grizzlies, I will contract with them
for that service, and I will pay them for it freely.

Regards,

L
