Subject: Lacey tied the net securely before jumping down, shaking her head with a knowing smirk at Eliza "Harvey is just a good friend... and a great rider.... thats all." Lacey had no time for Hailey- she was just a glory hunter- she didn't care about her fabulous horse or what happened between events- just so long as she won- which she hadn't been doing much of recently. Lacey had placed higher than her in almost every class they'd been in together. She headed back tot he barn with Eliza, putting Spencers black leather headcollar on and leading him out of his stall, tying him to the ring outside his stall and taking off his hoody carefully, that has been holding his plaits in place. She threw his fleese travel sheet on and began on his polo wraps and travel boots which all matched the rug, in striking black piped with gold, his name and the team name in the corner of the rug.

Harvey's family lived far enough away from them that it was quicker for him just to meet them at the showgrounds. "He is a great rider, isn't he?" She herself had been fairly instrumental in encouraging his parents to nurse the boy's desire to ride, and ride he had. She ran a soft brush over Madi before sliding her travel sheet on and heading her out to the trailer to load on first, waiting for Lacey to follow behind. "But you're better." She smiled and walked Madi up the ramp, allowing the mare to load into the chute on her own and tying the bumper in the back before heading to the front to tie her head.
