She hoped she didn't come off as taking sides, though it was difficult - of course she would love to have Lacey as a part of her family for real, but she also loved the girl and wanted her to make the best decisions for herself.

"I still love Ryan... and a part of my really wants me to just sweep this under the carpet and get back together with him... but then another part of me doesn;t want to admit that he could just snap his fingers and have me back...
