Lacey cocked a brow and smiled a touch, shrugging her shoulders "I'm surrounded by remarkable people." Eliza had taken her in like a daughter- even Robert had a soft spot for her- and he seemed determined to disapprove of everything Ryan did. "My brothers are good people... they just got caught up in the wrong things... Joey's the responsible one... although he's the one with the baby on the way so maybe he's not that responsible" She grinned a touch and glanced over at Eliza "And Jason's the biggest clown you've ever seen... always cracking jokes and pulling pranks.... he always used to get in so much trouble at school- but he's very caring and loyal." She smiled a moment, thinking about her family... "Its like I'm living a double life. Like I have one family here thats normal and happy and perfect... and then my family back home is dysfunctional and broken... but mean just as much to me. And neither of you know each other. Its like I'm two people leading two very seperate lives."

The girl lit up when she spoke of her two families and Eliza nodded and smiled as she told her. "I suspect you're the same person, just differently adjusted. When I first met Robert and experienced the money side of things, the love side of things, it was like I was in a fairytale or I was some kind of Cinderella... and it all changed back when I went back home.
