Author: Lacey
Subject: Lacey frowned gently, feeling guilty right through as his face fell. the compassion was clear in her eyes as she tried to make his meet hers, her hand reaching to rest on the couch inbetween them "I'm sorry... you don't have to say anything... I just didn;t want you to find out through someone else and be hurt that I couldn;t be honest with you... if nothing else we've always been honest with each other..." She cared a lot about his feelings- and she didn;t want to hurt him- but five weeks was a long time... and he had broken up with her and told her to find someone else.

  • He frowned a little and finally met her eyes - he supposed he had thought they would get back together, especially since he'd spoken to her last, but this wasn't a fairytale and he couldn't control other people's actions. "I know.. it's my own fault, I pushed you away in the first place." He frowned and rose to his feet, he didn't see any sense in prolonging this agony when all he wanted to do was curl up in the fetal position in his bed. "I wish you all the best Lacey, really."
