This was her best birthday she could remember- she was surrounded by people she loved and that loved her- even Mr Lowell had taken her under his wing- especiall supporting her choice of future carreer- a vet- he had told her- was a very worthwhile proffession. She had been shadowing Eliza's own vet when he'd come and done checkups and vaccinations and such and he's invited her to do a few days work experience with him when she liked. "I gotta get going soon... I promised my brothers I'd go see them for a while before I come back here for dinner." They'd invited her for a big birthday celebration dinner with everyone from the yard- including Ramone and Carlos- much to her delight. -- The Lowell Residence

She cocked her head, it seemed silly, all this travelling. "Well honey, why don't you just tell them to come over? We've got more than enough room... and food planned. It just seems silly to be spread all over the place celebrating a person we all love." She reached out and squeezed Lacey's arm affectionately. "You and Ryan can go pick them up and bring them back here."
