Subject: Lacey glanced up at Eliza a moment before shifting her gaze to Ryan , exchanging that look that they often did when trying to think up an excuse without hurting her feelings. Laceys brothers would not feel in the least comfortable here- they didn;t like that Lacey was so involved here- they thought it left them all too vulnerable, so they certainly wouldn;t come. "Well actually 'Liza... I think they have a bit of a party planned for me with some of our friends... I think its supposed to be a suprise... but- y'know..." She scrunches her nose a little and smiled "Thanks though- its really nice of you to offer." Lacey wished her life would be less complicated sometimes- but she loved her brothers and knew how much they did for her.

  • She frowned a little, but didn't push - she had learned over the time that Lacey had been with them that it wasn't so wise for her to push on certain things - she knew that when she had been Lacey's age, in Lacey's position, she had had several things she'd kept secret from Robert's parents. "That's alright honey... so you and Ryan will be gone for a bit then?" She looked at Ryan, then back to Lacey, and then back to Pablo, giving him a stroke.
