It just makes things more difficult for you if she's trying to meddle. She just wants as much good for you as I do." He tugged her a bit closer, thoughtfully. This was about as close as they'd ever come to an argument, ever -- and he liked it that way. Eventually, there would be bumps in the road but for now he conceded that he didn't have much choice about things, especially when it concerned her current living arrangements and "family".
