1. The fault on Immigration Department maybe is because they
put stereotypes on mainlanders. However, if you know the
number of mainlanders travelling on forged travel documents,
it is no wonder that the girl get picked on

2. Error on ommision: perhaps of the stereotype, the officers somehow "get used to" do things the "quick way", and this time they get it wrong...
