hmm...
Actually, I don't think it was duct tape; I always thought it was a strip of metal (because of the way it way it falls away). I think Moby *thought* he had Ian pretty well restrained. I think Moby was sure of Ian's loyalty to Kenny--else why would Moby try to kill him in the opening chase scene?
