Just to make sure, you are downloading them first to your hard drive, and then watching them...correct?

If that's the case, perhaps make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player...Or, I believe Music Match Jukebox plays wmv's as well.

Other than that, I have no clue.

Anyone else?
